- Redirection of water away from council storm water drains.
- Water tanks disconnected and diverted.
2. Roof repairs
- Broken, chipped or cracked roof tiles replaced.
- Valley clips or valley seal installed (if required).
3. Roof cleaning
- Roof surface pressure cleaned using min 3000psi to remove excess dirt, grime, lichen and other contaminants.
4. Re-bed
- Ridge caps re-bedded where required.
5. Repoint
- Ridge caps fully repointed using Globalcote Flexible Pointing.
- Weepholes drilled.
6. Application – Protective coating
- Solar panels/solar hot water masked.
- 1st Coat Globalcote Sealer applied.
- 2nd Coat Globalcote Sealer applied.
- 3rd Coat Globalcote Sealer applied.
- Optional – Coloured roof coating can be applied if preferred.
