During our 8 step concrete tile roof restoration process, our technicians change any broken tiles, carry out a high-pressure clean of the surface, re-bed and repoint ridge capping, before sterilising the surface, sealing it and painting it.
With this roof, the colour prior to restoration was looking dull and faded so the homeowners decided to switch to a more modern and timeless hue. They opted for Infracote Gloss in the colour Bedrock, which is equivalent to Colorbond colour Basalt.
