8 Step Roof Restoration Process
| Step 1. High Pressure Clean: – all excess dirt, grime, moss and other contaminates removed at 3000psi. | ![]() |
| Step 2. Surface Treatment: – GLOBALCOTE Surface Treatment applied to sterilise mould and fungus growth. | ![]() |
| Step 3. Rebed: – Where required, All Ridge-capping is Rebedded and broken tiles are replaced. | ![]() |
| Step 4. Full Re-point: – All ridge-caps to be fully repointed using GLOBALCOTE flexibling pointing and insert weep holes. | ![]() |
| Step 5. Surface Sealed: – GLOBALCOTE Roof Sealer is applied to ensure maximum adhesion of Roof Membrane coats | ![]() |
| Step 6. GLOBALCOTE Roof Membrane: - Brushed onto all ridge capping as an extra preventative coat to high stress areas of the roof – then 1st coat of GLOBALCOTE Roof Membrane applied to entire roof | ![]() |
| Step 7. 1st Coat: 1st coat of Globalcote Roof Membrane is applied | ![]() |
| Step 8. Final Coat: – Another coat of GLOBALCOTE Roof Membrane is applied ensuring maximum protection against fading, all backed by a 10 year written warranty from JMZ Roof Restorations. | ![]() |
