JMZ Roofing - Tile

Cleaning Procedure for Concrete or Terracotta Tiled Roofs:

High-pressure water blast concrete or terracotta tile roof at a minimum of 3000 PSI to remove excess dirt, grime, moss/lichen and other contaminates.

JMZ Surface Treatment (Sterilizing Solution) is applied to entire roof using atomizer gun, ensuring tile noses and joints are completely coated.

Fungal and Algal spoilage must be completely destroyed before re-coating, otherwise the growth will continue resulting in potential adhesion failure and voiding any warranty

Repair Procedure for Concrete or Terracotta Tiled Roofs:

All ridge capping is re-bedded and broken tiles are replaced where required.

All ridge capping is then fully re-pointed using flexible pointing

Coating System for Concrete or Terracotta Tiled Roofs:

Once the roof has been prepared appropriately, the roof will then be primed with one coat of JMZ Roof Sealer to ensure maximum adhesion.

Subsequent Coatings as follows:

• JMZ Roof Membrane Brushed onto all Ridge Capping
• 1st Coat JMZ Roof Membrane applied to entire roof
• 2nd Coat JMZ Roof Membrane applied to entire roof
